Tectonic Shift
Those people who know me will be aware that
I am not given to emotional responses to major events,
nor is my work suitable for the interpretation of such emotions.
Equally it would be disingenuous of me to remain impassive
in the light of events in South East Asia on Boxing Day 2004.
To that end I have tried to look at the forces that were unleashed to produce the Tsunami.
Maybe I have succeeded, but I don't want it to appear exploitive;
just an acknowledgement of the catastrophe that cut across all ethnic,
national and religious barriers.
